How-To's and FAQ's

Q: I've noticed videos of customer's boats on social media... does every boat get a video?
Yes! A video of your boat comes complimentary with the purchase of your watercraft! Each video is done during the final water test before delivery. We want our customers to have the opportunity to see their boat in action and have the chance to share it with their friends and family. We capture drone and on-board footage to give customers the most immersive video possible.

Can I purchase a trailer or boat on the weekend?
Yes! We are open 9am to 2pm on Saturdays. If you wish to pick up your trailer or boat, please notify your salesperson to ensure we have it ready for pickup for your arrival.
Our parts desk is closed every Saturday. Sales and service remains open on Saturday.
How do I know what trailer is right for me?
There are a lot of factors that go into finding you the best trailer. It’s important to do you research on sizing to ensure your load will fit on or in the trailer.
Next, it is important to understand the weight ratings on each trailer. The GVWR is the total weight including the weight of the trailer can reach. Information on these ratings can be found on a sticker located at the rear of the trailer, typically on the right side.
Most trailer types have different axle ratings due to their common uses. For instance, a utility trailer is commonly found on a 2k to 3500lb single axle; whereas a cargo trailer will typically have 3500 to 5000lb axle(s) to support the size and typical loads in the trailer.
Next, ensure your vehicle has the towing capacity and hardware to tow the trailer. You can usually find the towing capacity on the label in your door, or search the web! Check if your vehicle has a hitch and the correct ball or attachment to secure the trailer.
On top of all that, make sure you like the trailer! Does it appeal to you visually? Will it serve the functions you require? Trailers can be used for lots so make sure the trailer you pick will help you out in the ways you need it to the most.
Do you offer custom trailers and boats?
Of course! However, if you require certain modifications to the structure of the trailer, most of it needs to be done at the manufacturer’s factory. Most cargo trailers offer the opportunity to add in certain upgrades such as cabinets, tie downs, windows, electrical plugins, lights, and tons more! We have tons of accessories and options on our boats as well. Like trailers, if modifications need to be done to the body, we would need to discuss your requirements to the manufacturers. Just let us know and we can make it happen.
What warranty is offered on your boats and trailers?
This really depends on the manufacturer. If you have questions about this, please contact us or ask your salesman! Most are pretty generous, so don’t hesitate to ask!
What motors do you typically use on your boats?
We are a Yamaha and Mercury outboard dealer. Typically you will see these on all of our new units; however, some of our pre-owned boats use other motors such as Honda. Our jet boats primarily have Kodiak Motors, originating from Chevrolet engines and remanufactured for marine use.
